|Parents and Pupils - Information For Parents|
The school uniform shop is open on certain days throughout the summer holiday (see below).
Highams Park School runs its own Uniform Shop within school. Unlike many schools, we don't require parents to purchase uniform items from our shop however all items are very competitively priced compared with high street shops.
It is part of the discipline structure of the school that all pupils in years 7 to 11 wear full school uniform correctly. Full school uniform must be worn correctly on the way to school, throughout the day and on the journey home.
Naturally all items sold fully comply with the school uniform rules unlike many items purchased from the high street which may be the right colour but are not suitable for Highams Park school uniform. Please see the Uniform Reminders page for examples of unsuitable items that some parents purchased in the high street.
For one stop uniform needs please use the shop. We are very grateful to Mrs Pat Hills who runs the shop for the school. Any profits made by the uniform shop go to the school for the benefit of the pupils.
During term time purchases can be made between 8.15am to 8.45am every morning and Monday afternoons 3.40pm to 4.30pm
New Year 7 pupils
In a change to previous years, the uniform shop will not be open on the parents' induction evening in July, so for new Year 7 pupils, we will be offering a personal appointment system in the uniform shop.
These appointments run from the Monday 1st July to Friday 18th July, from 3.30pm to 5.00pm. A 5% discount will apply to these appointments. Please contact Mrs Patricia Hills on 020 8501 9412 to book an appointment.
Anything you purchase can be exchanged for a different size throughout the school holiday. Opening times are set out below.
Payments must be made by CASH or CHEQUE only (any returned cheques will incur a £10 fee).
Unfortunately we cannot accept CREDIT or DEBIT cards.
The shop will also be open during the summer holidays 2013 on the following dates:

Some pupils, mostly girls, are breaking school rules on uniform by wearing a long sleeved T-shirt, either white, coloured or even striped, under their white school shirt. This is not allowed.
