If you have a concern or query regarding your child please contact their head of year.

If you wish to see a member of staff – you will be required to make an appointment first, by emailing the relevant member of staff or by emailing enquiries@highamsparkschool.co.uk Where your email will be forwarded to who you want to make the appointment with. In reception, we are unable to make appointments for you.

During the day, all of our colleagues are fully occupied in teaching, planning and preparing lessons and dealing with the students. Colleagues will endeavour to acknowledge your email Monday to Friday and within 48 hours of its receipt.

Detentions/behaviour

Please contact the head of year or reply to the detention email received. Detentions are also available to view on the Arbor Portal

Absence Lateness or Appointments

Please complete the online form which can be found here including any exceptional leave requests.
