Behaviour Support Officer
Overview
We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, experienced and skilled colleague to join our pastoral team in the role of Behaviour Support Officer. This is a non-teaching role in which the person appointed will be responsible for supporting and enforcing the school’s behaviour strategy. The ideal candidate will work systematically and innovatively to build an efficient and robust behavioural system within the school. They will need to consistently model excellent practice to have students’ wellbeing, progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation.
