National Storytelling Week 2026!

This week we have marked National Storytelling Week. Utilising a bare wall in the canteen, students and staff have added posters and many notes, listing our much loved stories. 

These stories include those presented to us orally, stories read in print, stories told on screen and stories presented in other languages.  Whether it's describing our day at school, watching a drama on screen or reading before bedtime, stories are our history, our identity and it's important to celebrate and share the stories that have impacted our lives in so many ways.

Next week, award winners will be announced of two students in each year group and a member of staff who have won a £10 Amazon voucher for the most engaging poster.
